Can people be born with aidshiv?
Answer
yes a baby can be born hiv positive provided mother was infected.... full blown aids at birth is not known.... the chances of hiv transmission from mother to baby is most during the birth process if it is normal vaginal delivery thts why doctors prefer a caeserian section in such high risk patients... baby can even get infected through breast milk but the risk is much lesser..... for certain medical conditions intra uterine transfusions are done for the baby which can again cause infection in rarest cases....
