Does it cost people if YOU send the text message?
I am texting my friend from my computer and she doesnt have text messaging Im just texting her she doesnt respond haha she told me to entertain her while shes home cuz she cant talk on the phone lol. its Tmobile btw. I dont want to make her phone bill too high

Yes, in the US most carriers charge for sending AND receiving messages. So if youre sending her texts and she doesnt have a texting plan its costing her cents per message she gets from you.
