Put it on for minutes, and leave it off for minutes.brbrThird if its obviously broken or out of joint ie, it has a funny bend to the side somewhere, or maybe its bent backwards in the middle splint it with something to keep it protected from further injury. You can put a couple of popcycle sticks in either side of it, and wrap it with gauze. You can wrap it with some printer paper or newspaper folded up to about the length of your finger. Or you can just wrap it with gauze or an ace bandage a couple of times, and then wrap the gauze around the next finger. This will help keep it from being bent, and being injured more.brbrth go find a doctor, readycare clinic, or last choice the emergency room of a hospital.
